Orders, Proofs, and Approval
- Quotes are estimates, valid briefly; final pricing may vary by artwork, quantity, and specifications.
- Production starts after payment in full is received and your email approval of final proof is received.
- Approval confirms all details (design, colors, sizes, etc.) are correct; we are not liable for approved errors.
Artwork
- You warrant ownership/permission for submitted artwork and no third-party infringement.
Customer-Supplied Items
- Printing on your garments is at your risk; results not guaranteed.
- For misprints/loss, liability limited to printing fee refund only.
Production, Shipping & Delivery
- Turnarounds are estimates from payment/approval.
- Rush orders incur extra fees, subject to schedule availability.
- Shipping dates not guaranteed; risk transfers at carrier pickup.
- Report issues in writing within 1 day of receipt.
Payment, Cancellations & Refunds
- Full payment due pre-production; deposits non-refundable for some jobs.
- No cancellations once production starts; sales are final.
- We may refuse/cancel orders, refunding unproduced work.
Spoilage and Variance
- Minor spoilage/quantity variance allowed per industry standards; billed for delivered amount.
Color and Print Variations
- Exact colors/placement not guaranteed; screen colors may differ from print.
Limitation of Liability
No liability for indirect, incidental, consequential damages or lost profits.
Prohibited Content
We may refuse illegal, hateful, obscene, or inappropriate orders at our discretion.
